Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over R600.00. A flat rate courier fee of R100.00 for any order below R600.00. We use The Courier Guy as our trusted partner to make all our deliveries.

Delivery Areas
We deliver to all locations within South Africa. Please note that outlying areas refer to regions outside of Gauteng and may experience extended delivery times.

Dispatch & Delivery Estimates
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery time is calculated from the date your order is shipped—not the date it was placed.

Delays & Sale Periods
During promotional periods, dispatch may be delayed by 2–4 business days due to increased order volumes.
Kyra Jewellery is not liable for delays, late deliveries, or non-delivery caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been placed online, we are unable to make changes to product selections, customer details, or delivery information. Please double-check your order before confirming payment.
